Abstract Review Process

Submission: Authors submit abstracts through the official online portal.

Pre-Screening: Verification of topic relevance, clarity, and structure.

Double-Blind Evaluation: Reviewed by two independent climate or sustainability experts.

Scoring Criteria:

• Practical relevance for climate action
• Methodological accuracy

Decision & Notification: Accepted abstracts assigned to Oral, Poster, or Virtual categories. Early submissions are prioritized for scheduling.

VISA Process

We support all international participants in successfully completing their visa application process. Once your registration is confirmed, the organizing committee will provide:

• A formal Invitation Letter
• Accommodation confirmation (if booked through the conference)
• A detailed conference schedule
• Proof of registration and payment

These documents assist in meeting the requirements of the French Embassy or Consulate in your region.

General Visa Requirements

Participants may be asked to provide:

• A valid passport
• Completed visa application form
• Invitation letter from the conference
• Proof of accommodation and travel itinerary
• Registration confirmation

We strongly recommend applying 6–8 weeks in advance to avoid last-minute complications.

In Case of Visa Rejection: Refund & Participation Options:

We understand that visa outcomes vary from country to country. Therefore, our policy is designed to support you:

If your visa is rejected, you may switch to Virtual Presentation or Virtual Participation without any deduction.

If you prefer to request a refund, the organizing committee will process it after receiving the official visa rejection letter from the embassy or consulate.

Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the rejection notice.

Processing timelines for refunds are typically 2–3 weeks.

Registration can also be transferred to the next edition of the conference without additional fees if preferred.

This ensures that your research and contribution remain part of the scientific program—even if you cannot travel physically
